I was inspired by Robin Williams’s death to write a post about the mental health differences between emotions, feelings, both Bipolar I and II, depression, and regular sadness. I thought that if I wrote down the differences, it could help people recognize it in themselves and in others.
Feelings are products of emotions. They are usually low-key, and sustained over a period of time. Here is a chart that can help us with the differences.
